Sadir Al Kherdaji has more than 26 years’ experience in providing legal consultancy and arbitration services as an arbitrator, lawyer, and Legal Consultant to family companies and investors by providing tailored, independent and objective solutions through pre-Investment and post-Investment consulting services aiming to ensure clients’ cross-border direct/indirect investments to be out of legal risks as safely as possible.
Since 1998, Sadir Al Kherdaji has held a license to practice law profession from Damascus Bar.
He was advising, arbitrating, drafting contracts, and litigating on behalf of and for high-net-worth individuals as well as multinational, foreign, and local companies during his time at Al Kherdaji & Diab Law Firm (formerly known as Al Kherdaji & Associates Law Office).
In addition, Sadir Al Kherdaji founded Cham Consulting Group in 2012, which provides high-net-worth individuals and corporations with advisory services on business migration, corporate immigration, residency, and citizenship through investment.
Sadir Al Kherdaji also provided local and foreign clients with numerous legal studies related to commercial activities in cross-border transactions and investments. Sadir Al Kherdaji is, among others, a certified arbitrator at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, a Fellow ambassador of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and a national member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). He had also served as counsel in numerous arbitral cases before institutional arbitration centers including, but not limited to, ICC, LCIA, DIAC, and DIFC in addition to other ad hoc panels.
In order to provide investment-related legal consulting services to foreign investors with regards to their cross-border ventures across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe, Sadir Al Kherdaji formed an offshore legal firm under the name AL KHERDAJI INTERNATIONAL LEGAL CONSULTANTS LTD in 2020.
Sadir Al Kherdaji is expert in his field and has also handled legal matters effectively for investors from the Middle East and Southeast Asia, including the establishment, merger, and acquisition of banks, insurance companies, real estate development projects, and others.
Sadir Al Kherdaji has previously been named by the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce, Paris, France) as a member of the new task force on reducing time and cost of complex arbitration, and he has also assisted in the preparation of various legal studies for the UNDP.
Sadir Al Kherdaji has extensive experience working with multinational corporations, having given them devoted legal support concerning contracts and operations in high-risk countries for oil and gas companies and high-tech companies.
Sadir Al Kherdaji holds a PhD in International law, an MBA in international business, in addition to a bachelor’s degree in law.

He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Reading and his Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Law-UK, whereby his dissertation examines the growing threat of deepfakes to privacy and security and evaluates how well UK law addresses these issues..

After completing a Bar Training Course (BTC) at the University of Law in the United Kingdom, Ahmad has worked tirelessly to fulfil his dream of becoming a barrister. Ahmad was keen to obtain substantial practical experience in a variety of legal fields, such as, to name a few, investment, immigration, arbitration, and conflict resolution, in addition to his academic focus.
He was trained in a variety of departments during his internship at Baker McKenzie-Malaysia, offering legal assistance in complex cases involving international corporations and offering advice on issues pertaining to technology and intellectual property.
He further expanded his knowledge during his internship at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), where he helped manage arbitration cases and learned a great deal about arbitration compliance and processes.
In addition to the aforementioned, he frequently observed the litigation procedures at the Crown Court, the Court of Appeal, and the High Court of Justice in Liverpool in order to have more hands-on experience.
Ahmad has also reviewed and ensured compliance with immigration regulations pertaining to citizenship and residence by investment programs while working remotely as a legal clerk for the renowned UAE immigration law firm 111 Immigration.
His legal knowledge is complemented by his leadership roles during his time at the University of Reading, where he graduated with honors and actively participated in student groups, including as President of the International Student Society.
